When you use the site, we may automatically collect device and usage information (such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring pages) through cookies and similar technologies.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and improve the Services and your Care Pass membership;
- To process payments and manage your account and renewals;
- To connect you with independent telehealth providers and pharmacy discount partners;
- To communicate with you about your membership, respond to inquiries, and send service updates;
- To maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Health Information & HIPAA
Telehealth visits are delivered by independent, licensed providers who may be "covered entities" under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Your protected health information created during a visit is maintained by those providers and handled in accordance with their notices of privacy practices and applicable law. Virtual Me handles the limited information it receives in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.

We share information only as needed to run the Services, including with:
- Independent healthcare providers who deliver your care;
- Pharmacy and discount-program partners that support the discount pharmacy card;
- Our payment processor to process membership fees securely;
- Service providers that help us operate (e.g., hosting, analytics, customer support), under confidentiality obligations;
- Legal and safety recipients when required by law or to protect rights and safety;
- Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We do not sell your personal information.
