How do I start using my Care Pass?

After you enroll, you’ll get a welcome email the same day with your login. Sign in at my.vme.care from any device and request a visit.

Is Virtual Me insurance?

No — it’s a membership that gives you unlimited access to virtual care. It’s your gateway to a doctor, not major-medical coverage.

Can I add my family?

Children under 18 are free as dependents on your pass. Contact us for help adding members.
